The Grounds, Sydney

I have a new favorite restaurant. And it's not because they have their own pig on site named Kevin Bacon. Nor is it because they have chickens onsite for fresh eggs. It's because they make really amazing simple food. No tricks, just the best, freshest ingredients known to man.  I could eat here every meal for months and never get tired of it. The Grounds should be a role model to all restauranteurs wondering how to make it today. And if you find better coffee anywhere in the world, let me know. They roast their own and have about 20 different ways they will brew and serve it to you.
